Centor is seeking dependable, full-time Production Associates to join our modern manufacturing facility in Aurora, Illinois. We manufacture premium folding window and door systems using aluminum, wood, and glass. What You'll Do

• Assemble high-quality products using hand and power tools.
• Work in assembly, metal fabrication, wood fabrication, CNC machining, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or aluminum painting.
• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Centor's quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions.
• Willing to learn new skills and work in multiple departments.
• Able to read and use a tape measure.
• Comfortable working with both Imperial and Metric measurements.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Weekends Off

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
