We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal departments—including Purchasing, Production, and Sales—to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate project schedules and communicate updates or changes.
  • Assist in resolving installation and delivery issues.
  • Estimate projects using blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Prepare and process job orders.
  • Track projects from quote through production, delivery, and installation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs.
  • Create quality control documentation.
  • Support Project Managers with daily project activities.
  • Source materials and assist with purchasing as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Basic construction knowledge.
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
