As our Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be the voice and face of Simplex for many of our valued clients. You’ll help nurture long-term partnerships, grow existing accounts, and uncover new opportunities—all while staying connected to the technical side of what we do.

Your ability to understand electrical control systems and translate complex ideas into clear, confident conversations will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service
• Partner with customers to understand their technical needs and identify new opportunities for projects, upgrades, or services
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve 15%+ annual revenue growth within your accounts
• Build strong relationships through trust, responsiveness, and deep product understanding
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Estimating, and Operations for seamless execution
• Manage renewals, pricing updates, and service agreements
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure every client feels supported

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in electrical controls, or automation
• A genuine curiosity about how electrical systems work and the ability to speak confidently with technical teams
• CRM and pipeline management experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Familiarity with JobBOSS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
