Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. Our ideal candidate will troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, help maintain IT systems and ensure the day-to-day technology operations of the company. This position is 100% onsite and based in our South Elgin, IL location. Depending on work requirements, occasional travel is required between our South Elgin and Belvidere, IL facilities.

What You Will Do:

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via helpdesk ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions

What You Will Bring:

• S. in Computer Science, equivalent degree or work experience
• A+, Network+ certification and applicable Microsoft certifications
• Working understanding of Microsoft M365 and installing various software packages
