Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Serving as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, the Account Executive is responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring effective communication, and driving workflow across quoting, order management, pre-press, and production processes.
This role requires a profound understanding of our products and internal procedures to provide informed, responsive support to clients. Account Executives work closely with the Sales Team to help meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and dedication, while identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
Success in this position depends on the ability to manage a dynamic and diverse client portfolio, adapt to shifting priorities, and build strong, solution-oriented partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings, joining a small but experienced and supportive team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
· Stay up to date on products and services to effectively answer questions and recommend solutions.
· Provide insight and feedback to improve customer service processes and team efficiency.
· Regularly review production schedules to coordinate current and future client orders.
· Demonstrate interest in learning manufacturing operations to gain further knowledge and experience within the industry.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
· Solid and proven problem-solving capabilities.
· Experienced in handling heavy phone and email communication with clients.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to grow within the organization.
· Contributes creative ideas and demonstrates confidence in taking on challenges to improve operations; comfortable asking thoughtful, strategic questions.
· Skilled in resolving client issues and managing expectations effectively under pressure.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of creating and managing spreadsheets and reports.
· Comfortable learning and using internal systems and technology platforms.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
· Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
· 3–5 years of experience in a customer service support role preferred, but not required.
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
