Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic Administrative Assistant in our South Elgin office! Our ideal candidate will have intermediate skills using Microsoft Office applications who can provide friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service. What You Will Do:

  • Answer incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Greet incoming clients and visitors upon entry into the facility
  • Responsibility for daily mail and distribution
  • Provide accounting, clerical and purchasing support

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in excel
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Experience maintaining and performing filing and record keeping responsibilities
  • A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
